On Sunday 26th October at 2am we will all be officially saying goodbye to the summer and a hello winter. It is that time of year again when the clocks go back an hour.
October is the month when the nights really start drawing in and you tend to leave work in the dark. However it’s not all bad, it will also mean that we gain a much needed extra hour in our bed and it also won’t be pitch black when you have to get up to start your day.
Arguments still rage over the economic or health benefits it brings but sleep experts all agree that on Sunday 26th October ‘National Sleep In Day’ we should all go ahead and enjoy our extra hour.
