Jonathan Winchester, the leader of Shopper Anonymous, the St Leonards based customer feedback organization was recently invited to share the stage at the Entrepreneurial Conference with Steve Wozniak, the founder of Apple.
Speaking to 1500 entrepreneurs at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham, Jonathan shared his customer service insights based on the 298,000 mystery shops his company has conducted over the past 19 years.
“It was a great experience to have been invited to speak at such a prestigious event and to share the stage with Steve for 60 minutes gave us the opportunity to really get the message across that to develop a great business you have to deliver great service.”
“Steve is possibly one of the most influential individuals of our generation and he spoke so humbly about his story and how he developed the Apple brand with Steve Jobs. To then spend some time with Steve was one of my Bucket List moments.”
As a result of the session more than 8000 service improvements were committed to by the 1500 entrepreneurs.
“We like to measure the impact of our presentations and clearly this one hit the mark. We are considering holding a more local event as result of the feedback we have received to help local SME’s to really make a difference. We shall make an announcement shortly.”
