Cable management specialist Marshall-Tufflex has received a big thumbs-up from customers, with two-thirds of those questioned in a recent customer survey stating the manufacturer could do nothing more to improve its service.
The randomly selected survey respondents also agreed that Marshall-Tufflex scored highly for having the best products in the market (both price and quality) and a good reputation with a brand name that stood for reliability. In total 72% of respondents cited good quality trunking products, brand name and customer service as their main reasons for dealing with the company.
The Marshall-Tufflex sales force came in for particular praise, with survey respondents rating them as 4.5/5 for being ‘helpful, knowledgeable and supportive’, the highest score for seven years. The technical hotline operation also scored highly for providing a high standard of support to customers.
“We are delighted with the results of this customer survey, which shows that in almost every area we have improved upon our service,” said Richard Beale, Marshall-Tufflex Commercial Director. “Indeed for many of the areas looked at, for example on time/correct deliveries, overall customer service, quick and efficient handling of queries and knowledgeable/professional staff we have achieved the highest ratings for some four to five years. Supporting our customers is key, particularly in these challenging economic times, and this survey underlines the fact that the Marshall-Tufflex brand can be relied upon to deliver.”
