Quit 51 pride themselves on their success having been awarded the National Centre for Smoking Cessation Training (NCSCT) approved provider status after the first year of operation. Emma is proud to say that the service is hitting both public health targets as well as having close financial controls in place that benefit all those involved with cessation work across East Sussex. This has come about as a direct consequence of delivering excellent targeted services in areas of highest need. This could not have been done without close working practices and the collaboration of key partners including GPs and Pharmacists, HCP’s and statutory and voluntary services. Staff work closely and in partnership with local organisations and take part in many promotional events to raise awareness of their free, non-judgemental service available to everyone in East Sussex.
