The Seaview Project, an organisation dedicated to helping marginalised and vulnerable people in Hastings and St Leonards on sea, launched their new website last week. Made by local web design and development company Kinship, it’s a brilliant example of what can be achieved when businesses are introduced to charities and non-profits.

The Team at Kinship have a new solution for small businesses and charities.

“The old site’s navigation and structure confused people, and content did not speak effectively to primary audiences,” said Sue Burgess, Project Manager at Seaview Project.

“Our redesign reflects a fresh-faced, responsive, user-centred experience that clearly communicates the organisation’s purpose and in inviting people who share our passion to get involved.”

“Working with Kinship was a joy, and we recommend them highly.”

Thomas Ingram, one of the triumvirate of brothers at Kinship, said, “Like many long-standing websites, the Seaview Project site had evolved wildly over the years, resulting in an experience that was difficult to use with content structures based on internal organisation, rather than in a way users would understand.”

“Kinship collaborated with the Seaview Project team to build pathways to critical content and develop a structure that is flexible enough to accommodate changes or additions.”

“We’re thrilled to have helped this amazing charity and look forward to providing them with the best possible service into the future.”

Kinship offers a lower-cost way for small businesses to have a really great website. For a small fee of $4.50 a day (or less than £3), small businesses not only get a beautiful looking, semantic website that works on any device, but also receive 24/7 support to improve traffic, conversions, and revenue.
